Lavaux "without synthetic products"

Fungicides are chemical used for decades in the vineyard to fight against fungal diseases such as mildew and powdery mildew. But the Vaudois winemakers of Lavaux turn back to chemistry for sulfatages by helicopter.

This year, all treatments are free from synthetic products (they did not get the organic certification because these substances contain stamina). This is the first Swiss on such a large area
